Representing Indonesia on the Global Stage Sintesia joined the CITES Global Youth Network 2025

From 27-31 May 2025, Singapore played host to the CITES Global Youth Network (CYGN) 2025, welcoming youth from around the world to engage in vital conversation on wildlife protection and sustainability.
We proudly share that our veterinarian Drh Gilang M Putra represented Sintesia and Indonesia at this prestigious global event.

The summit featured an enriching array of activities including expert -led panel discussion, workshop on wildlife forensics and rehabilitations, youth-led project development, conference of the Parties for Youth (CoPY), and global networking opportunity.

Following the summit, Drh Gilang will continue with “South Asia Youth Project 2026”, which include a symposium and regional cyberspotting, alongside CGYN fellows.

This opportunity has provides Sintesia with valuable insight to strengthen our capacity and expand our knowledge in tackling wildlife issue. As part of this shared planet earth, we believe that protecting wildlife from poaching and exploitation, and protecting their habitats is crucial to maintaining ecological balance and ensuring a better future for all.

We sincerely thanks and appreciate CITES for selecting Sintesia to participate in this transformative event. It’s an honor to be part of a global movement driving positive change for wildlife and the environment.
